It’s a FAIL, and a Meta-FAIL, and even a Meta-Meta-FAIL.  Every single individual in every step of the process (from the cafe owner [you know this is a joke, right?  no psychic fair was actually closed in the making of this image] who thought it was funny, to the submitter that thought it was ironic, to the passive user who thought the irony was funny, to me) shares culpability in this FAIL of massive proportions. I said it before, and I’ll say it again.  You just can’t do satire in America anymore.  The reality is just so absurd that it’s incapable of being satirized.
