Estate Sale Fail or Honesty Win?

I say this is exhibit A as to why honesty is never the best policy.  It’s like reminding people of the slaughter in order to sell them meat.  That is the reality of the situation, but people really don’t want to know.  Fine as a joke or reality hack, but a mistake if you actually want to make money off an estate sale.  So Win as the former (which I suspect is the case — It’s likely staged, as many of these things are), but Fail as the latter.
